Hot Water Heater Leak

The Bedroom in this Auburn, KY home was affected when the hot water heater leaked. The carpet was delaminated and had to be pulled out so that the subfloor beneath could be dried. The baseboard also had to be pulled in the bathroom due to the amount of absorption. The laundry room, bathroom and crawls space were all affected by the leak as well. The flooring in the Hallway and Laundry room had to be pulled and the insulation in the crawlspace had to be pulled and replaced. The equipment was set up for 4 days in order to get everything dried and the rooms ready for repairs.
