Water Leads to Mold Growth

The wall in this home is covered in mold due to high humidity after a water heater busted. It only takes 3 days for mold to begin to grow and it can be a major concern for people with respiratory or allergy issues. The flooring and walls of the Laundry Room were also affected and we had to cut out drywall and tear out flooring to get to the source. We were able to get everything wiped down and sprayed an antimicrobial to help prevent future regrowth. After setting negative air machines for a couple of days were were able to get rid of the musty odor and had the home looking good as new. 

Outside Water Spigot Floods Basement

The bedroom in Simpson County Kentucky basement was saturated with water when the outside water spigot busted and sent water pouring.
